Do you offer discount for bulk order?
We offer a 5% discount if the product total price is over US$599, 10% off over US$999, and 15% off over US$1599 as the wholesale discount. Pre-order & promotional products are not included. Is your size chart true to size?
66 DISCO.COM offer standardized US size systerm and manual measurement on each product. Please refer to "size chart" section in each product for more details.
What kind of material do you use?
We are committed to using high-quality materials to ensure our clothing is both comfortable and durable. Cotton: Soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic, perfect for everyday wear. How do you ship my order?
We ship by international express parcel FEDEX/DHL/UPS/Yunexpress, sea and air freight. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.
How to calculated the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on weight, so the more you buy, the more you save. For example, the EMS Express rate is almost the same whether you send 1 or 5 items. The heavier the parcel, the cheaper the postage per KG.
How to know the shipping cost before order?
The shipping cost depends on the weight, delivery way(FEDEX, DHL, UPS, Yunexpress or sea transit) and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.25 kg, but the sweater is about 1.1 kg). How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment online directly. You can pay by Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Western Union payment. If you want to pay us through Bank or Western Union, please contact us for receiver's information.
Can I save Paypal or credit card payment information on your website?
Sorry, we don't accept auto payments. You will have to log in to your Dear-Lover account to pay for your orders. For large-quantity order payments, you may choose bank wires directly.
How to pay for some unpaid orders?

Why my order charged twice?

Why is 66 Disco shipping so high?
Most products on 66 Disco are shipped from our China warehouse; the international shipping fees are based on the actual cost of shipping your items to you. The international express is calculated by 0.5kg from $32, for example. So if your package exceeds 5 kgs (10 maxi dresses, for example), the shipping fee from China to the US is about $66 to $82. How to check my order status?

How to track my order on your website?

Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellations before despatch. Shipped order cannot be cancelled.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the delivery charge.
