SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer a variety of shipping options including Yunexpress, Air-US, DHL, UPS, and FEDEX to ensure efficient and safe delivery of your
orders. Please review the shipping options available during the checkout process or contact our customer service
team for more information. Larger orders may be eligible for shipping discounts, please contact our customer service
team to learn more.
Special note: You can choose any kinds of the four transportation methods such as Yunexpress/Air-US/DHL/UPS/FEDEX according to your
own needs.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
We generally process orders after 5 pm Beijing time on the day you place your order.
In-stock styles will be ready for you and shipped out 1-2 business days after placing the order (except for
scheduled arrival styles, the specific delivery time of scheduled arrival styles will be based on the actual
delivery time).
Delivery to US:
VIa Yunexpress: 9-14 business days(for packages under 3kg)
Via Air-US: 10-12 business days
Delivery to all worldwide destinations (except the US) via UPS, FEDEX or DHL generally takes 7 to 12 business days. We cannot
guarantee specific delivery dates, as the delivery process may be affected by unforeseen events and circumstances
such as poor weather conditions, courier delays, or customs inspections.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product amount weight and the delivery destination of the purchased
item. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before submitting your order. Since our products have different
weights and customers’ ordering addresses are different, after you submit the product and delivery location, the
settlement page will display the actual shipping cost of your order. Generally speaking, we charge the product amount weight and then calculate the shipping fee for the order.

INVOICE AND SHIPPING
Once an order is placed, we will review and prepare the shipment within 24 hours. Priority will be given to our old
wholesalers who regularly order from us. We will then send an invoice to include accurate postage costs. Once
payment is received, we will send the goods within one working day for our old wholesalers and within two working
days for new wholesalers.
LOCAL TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you were required to

cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your
country's customs office prior to ordering.
IMPORT CHARGES AND FEES
Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. We may declare your order as a "gift" or "sample" with a
lower value to help reduce taxes or duties. Please note that this lower value does not reflect the total price you
paid or the market value of the product. If you require the true value or have other shipping requests, please
include the information in the "Notes" section when completing your order.
